Sitting in meetings this morning so I had a bit of time to track this morning. Did my typical 3mi on the treadmill at 6.7 and 1.5 incline. Then my ladder of 10 exercises. 1 - 10 high knees 2 - 20 dumbell jumping jacks 3 - 3 manmakers 4 - 40 lunges (20 ea leg) 5 - 5 burpees 6 - 60 mountain climbers (30 ea leg) 7 - 7 decline pushups 8 - 8 dumbell rows 9 - 9 leg raises 10 - 10 squat jumps

Do you ever feel good about your workout going into and then feel like you just cant lift the weight you think you should? That was me this morning. Felt so weak. Think it was still a good workout and felt the pump.
