So this will be my last week of doing 3day a week workouts with GVT, I dont seem to be as sore as before........ well only when doing dead lifts but even that is starting to subside....as I type this I think that just means I need to increase weight, and with DL more reps as Im only able to do 8X8at315 and 1x3at405 to cap it off....we'll see after this week I guess.
