well the covid finally got me. Not as bad as i thought it would be, no fever of chest congestion. Just lots of aches and pains 1 week into it and starting to feel better finally. Im still under quartine until the 2nd but im used to working out at home and did a little pump up this morning and it felt good to get the blood moving again. Glad im fit at almost 60 and able to fight this off so easily. stay fit my friends.
