Had all intenions of getting up early today to work out...but my body is feeling completely exhausted even though I’m not sleeping well. Plan is to either take a walk later or work out. Personal and mental strength play such a huge part in physical strength. 😕

Gyms closed again for at least one month here yesterday and we are on the verge of a second lockdown. So it's back to home training with elastic bands, dumbbell and buckets of water ! And yet gyms were safe and infection extremely rare! I guess we will have to be patient and try to keep healthy and in good shape at home till the covid is less active !

Back 2 300 tonight 💪 18hr days at work plus 13 days in a row , had me off track by 2 weeks 🤦‍♂️ sometimes in this competitive dog eat dog world we get side lined when it comes to our fitness journey.. Iam not perfect or religious or ritualistic with the road i follow . Im kinda like a kia commercial 🤣 grab onto your seats and take the most unbeaten path , cause its going to be one hell of a bumpy ride ! HIYEEE WELCOME TO THE SWAMP.... Never be afraid to experiment , listen to your body , if your hungry then eat ! Its amazing what the human body can do , under the right conditions . If you keep it guessing it wont be able to adapt and will send the calvary in for re enforcements . STAY FIT FITARMY MI AMORE TO THE IRON BRIGADE 💪
