8/1/2020 :: AUGUST! I have given up hope filling in all the gaps of April, May, June, and July for you. So now it's over halfway through my summer. I'll catch you up quickly: A virus shut down my gym, I lost my job at the news station, the gym was allowed to open back up, I'm a lot weaker than back in March but haven't given up. Today I weighed in at 228.6 and it feels nice to be under 230 after five or six years. And for Saturday's exercise, I ended up just taking it easy and going for a walk. With the 150 days left in the year, I'm still aiming to enter the 315 Club; we'll see what happens.

Well friends, it has been a h3lla start to the week 🤮. I haven’t had any major bs happen for a while , lulled me into a false sense of security 🤪but the BS is back in full force. It’s a good thing I have a sense of humor 😂. Where do I even begin? Guess with a sucess of sorts. Barbell squated 135lbs for 12 reps, 4 sets ✔️. That last set about did me and everyone in the weight room in, though. Got down on the last one and started up, and I swear I thought my womb fell out of me 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Told everyone to check and see, ... dude started laughing so hard, thought he was going to drop his weights. Oh well, I ain’t using that b*tch any more anyway 😂😂 Before and after ... d*mn I look like a hot mess 😝.
