So forgot to mention i tried bicep curls with the 17.5kg dumbbells.... managed a few but boy are they a bit bulky lol. Will try to do a few each session. Also @Holabackgirl i had your influencer in, perfect hair, make-up and doing some random exercise on the assisted pull-up machine. One leg on the stand the other on the machine and pushing it down 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ now ive not seen that done anywhere 😂😂😂.. gotta luv the entertainment value... Minxy 😈🇬🇧🐾
