Upper body today! Incline bench, dumbell bench, leverage row, shoulder press, T-bar row, then a fun circuit of close handed push-ups, inverted rows, and ez-bar curls. Kept up the pace so I had extra time to spend on the stairmaster!! Great day despite some nagging mud-back, lower chest pain. Nothing serious, just annoying. Have a wonderful day everyone. 💪💜🙃🐈
