Happy WonderfulWednesday!!! The thoughts for the day are don’t let anyone stop you from dreaming and believing. Hold on to hope and faith. The second thought is a lot of people are consumed in the fires of life be a warrior instead and walk into any fire coming out as forged steel. Crazy intensity today for the workout maybe the best one since turning 61. HIIT cardio on the glider with my four highest resistance pull-up assist bands. Then a full body band workout with over 5,000 reps.
