Happy StrongSaturday!!! The thought for the day is that great minds discuss ideas and the possibilities of life. Others discuss events and other people. The workout today was a 60 minute wall squat, 500 banded split leg squats on each leg, 1,000 banded chest press, 1,000 banded back reps, 1,000 banded trap, shoulders, triceps and biceps.
