Squatted 100kg for 4. That’s the first time in 3+ years. It’s not a lot in the strength side of things but since my back injury years ago I have had a massive fear of the barbell I only ever got to 130 at my max and at 10kg higher body mass So for what I need it for it’s brilliant to get this only 7 weeks after struggling with 50 kg. Need the progressive overload to grow the bottom half 💪
