Now at 1.75 Mil for week, and 3.3 Mil for the month. I know this is going to be a tough two weeks because of extended work hours, so have to get stress relief daily. Sometimes it is the only refreshment in the midst of the storm, so take a daily does of exercise to stay healthy FitFam.

A few days ago i cut my toes open on a bed frame. Almost needed stitches. The next day was going for my fasted walk and realized my shoes made it hurt worse. Off went the shoes for a 4 km walk bare foot on rough asphalt. Then later that day with sore tore up feet did legs outdoors with feels like temp of 31•C . High reps and sets. Totals of 80 100 200 220 reps getting rehabbed mostly at home with the help oh cbc oil.
