Darn Moods...Got It Done Anyways💋 Did a FullBody DB-only Circuit Training. .......... Completed 4x with 1min rest between each circuit: .......... Squats - 10 reps Elv. Stiff-leg DLs - 12 reps Bent-over Rows - 12 reps Shoulder Press - 15 reps Alt. Seated Curls - 10 reps ea side Standing Lat Raises - 12 reps Russian Twists - 10 reps ea side Otis-ups (2 Arms) - 10 reps .......... Finished with 40min low-incline steady-paced Cardio💦
