So. 2 PRs in one day. Squatting I hit 315x8 and then 420x1 for a new 1RM. So I've set a goal for next year. Based off the USPA class standards I want to go from a class 3 to a class 2 lifter. So i need to add 50 lbs minimum to my 1220lb total .
