Hows everyone doing? Ive just trained chest, only done flat bench and flyes. I desperatly need an incline bench. Anyway i done 7-8 sets of bench press, slow controlled reps, really felt the burn, then 4 sets of flyes. A few beers will be happening soon getting ready for the UFC.

To those people who ask [and those who don't ask] why I make progress when they don't-check yourself,how much time are you spending on the phone. If you can't let it go for an hour,or whatever,then you're addicted.It's all about how much effort you put into things you really want.
