Good Afternoon FitFam, it's Monday and that means it's Back and Chest day for me. My goal is to work my schedule whereas I can hit two body parts in the morning and then two other parts in the evening after work doing it six (6) days a week. Eating more and keeping up with my supplements. Want to keep this up for the next 4 months and see where I am at that point. Working chest and legs twice a week because you guys are some huge beast and I'm ready to get out there and hit it with you. Keep up the good work and keep posting your success.
