I got to admit, I have not been as disciplined these last few weeks, combination of trying to close out year end work commitments, seeing family and of course everyone brings in treats for work. I'm okay with the extra bit of weight I feel good for it. I can't wait to go into that zone and dedication and seeing the body fat drop quicker than an unwanted Christmas present, stay true friends 💪🏻!
