Honestly, I DON’T know where I am going on this journey, but it’s a hellava ride 😉 I have come to appreciate the valleys, as well as, the peaks…. But 💩, y’all know the peaks are waaaaaay better 🤣🤣

I'm having a meh workout, and then I finally hit my stride. But my Fitbit buzzes, so I stop running, fetch my glasses and read that it interrupted my workout to say "You're almost at your 5th workout this week- keep it up!" Stride broken.
