I finally made it into the gym! It was a light leg day ... Didn't want to pulverize my legs on the first day back. They still need some work! I did my 22s for our Vets and those suffering from PTSD and depression. Have you done your 22s yet?

Late start of the Day. Just did not feel like getting out of the bed. Today's workout diary: Trio-set of Assisted pull-ups 12 reps x 3 sets Parellel bar dips 15 reps x 3 sets Push-ups 10 reps x 3 sets Treadmill run 10 min 1.5 Km @7.5 Kmph average. Stationery bike 5 min Compromised on cardio, as had to reach office ealrrly.. Feeling bad. Would try to make it up in the evening, hope so. Wishing Happy Day to all fitfam here. Approaching close to Diwali day. Wishing everyone a Happy Diwali.
