Took the 110lbs dumbbells for a ride this morning on incline dumbbell bench press for 2 sets of 8. Been a while since I used anything above 100lbs dumbbells on chest. Been using the 110lbs and 115lbs dumbbells for rows and seated dumbbell triceps press lately so today for chest felt great! Swapped out decline Leverage press for low cable crossovers since I couldn't put any more plates on it. 380x8 was my final set before we changed. Getting stronger every week! Kill it Fitfam! NO EXCUSES!

Giving myself an extra day of rest today maybe just a walk later. Last night I went for a 3mi walk, made a lovely dinner, and enjoyed a little fire on the patio. Have a lovely weekend. 💜💪🙃🐈
