Dont know how much stock i can put into this calculation used by BodySpace..i can see all but the chest..i hit chest 4days..with probably upwards of 500reps(guesstimating)and had some presses at over 300lb..so im stumped..but i guess they do that to keep you pushing..hope everyone met their personal goals..we can push past it..we got this..
