Good morning all you fantastic iron slaying, gain making, and beautiful people. It's another lovely day in the Iron palace. Kicked off this Monday with a fun filled leg day. It wasn't pretty and it wasn't impressive but uts done. All light weight and slow negatives but that's the perks of recovering from injury. I never thought I'd say this, but I sure miss Barbell squats. Can't wait to get back to 100%. Have a phenomenal day my friends and crush this Monday.
