Hanging with my girl after a great day on the lake yesterday. Not much lifting going on here. Bicep is extremely sore and bruising is starting to come through on my tricep and elbow. Don't think it's completely torn but healing slow. Lift heavy 5hit for me fit friends.

3/4 of the way done with Insanity! I just have to click the play button 13 more times! It's been a brutal workout and I'll give my honest assessment of the program after I've done it fully and given it a fair chance. I'll post the progress pics so you can be the judge whether you think the brutality will be worth it for you or not. (Just a heads up: this workout is not for everyone! I say that not to sound like an elitist, but I think the workout requires BOTH an already fit body AND the knowledge to do modifiers. Since some moves are riskier than others, the untrained participant can really hurt himself if not careful)
