I checked my body fat at gum oth scanner, dissapointed 😡Now, some say they are not that occurate?? I hope not in my case😜How do you check your body fat % ?? Would love to hear from you FitFam members🏋️‍♀️

Im still out here hiting the Gym fit fam although, i haven't tracked a workout in about 4-5 weeks. My gym partner is pushing me really hard and I have mad some good improvements. Hope all of you are well stronger and happy! My the Ganz Be With You!
