If you lie on your stomach on the weight bench, and wrap both legs around and underneath it then, hang your torso off the seat end, you can do “hyperextensions with no hyperextension” (which is a real exercise name apparently) with no one holding down your legs for you, thereby allowing you to continue listening to metal so loud your ears bleed. What? What? What?
