Hit an awesome back and bicep day today. 6 moves, all superset. Barbell row over and under hand. Hammer curl with shrugs. And then to finish it off did rotating dumbbell curls with dumbbell rows. All 8-12 reps 4 sets each.

I was getting a little discouraged on the bench today because i was expecting big strength gainzz after being so sore last week. I still improved though. Im thinking although i no longer felt DOMS, my chest wasnt fully recovered. Thats okay though it was a great session, i got a decent pump in my chest & biceps. i know i have to push through this to make gainzz no matter how big or small.
