Good evening fit fam. Shoulders, traps and abs today on the Monday gym ticket. Supersets and one 4 station circuit. Late update. Did: 4 sets of Arnold Press, 4 sets of Hammer Strength behind the neck leverage press, 4 sets of front alternating DB raises, 4 sets of DB shrugs (20 rep sets on those), 4 sets of face pulls, 100 weighted bench crunches, 100 weighted cable crunches, 100 weighted side crunches, 120 lying leg raises and one 40 second dragon flag hold. Strongest lift today was the behind the neck press with 135 lbs x 10. Biggest challenge was that dragon flag hold. Been doing some hurricane prep the past two days. Looks like Ian's headed right at us. Have precut boards to cover my windows. Got up on my roof and trimmed back the oaks. Fingers crossed we don't lose power - because that really sucks!
