EXCUSES DON’T MOVE YOU CLOSER TO YOUR GOALS. SO GO DO YOUR WORKOUT! We use our legs to help us run errands, to stoop in the kitchen to find a pan, tp pick up our kids or grandchilden, to hike, jog or bicycle… in so many ways. So keep those legs strong! UPDATE: Pumped out a 5-25 LBWO after we got home from boating on the river. Used the 30-lb DBs on Set 5!
