Decided to take tonight off....i think i over did it last night for my fitness level....im running low grade fever but i think i just over exerted myself.....anyway, i will be back it tomorrow....stay string fit fam:)

Random thoughts that needed to be in my history(for me): Stress (mental) is known to cause inflammation in your body. I have to wonder how much of my shoulder pain is a direct result of increased inflammation due to stress. Once the inflammation starts, it takes a loooooong time to bring it down. Since I dont really have the patience to allow rest and healing, maybe I am part of the problem. I plan to pay closer attention to my stress levels and shoulder pain. I do feel like the pain has lessened to some degree ever since a recent change in my life. 🤔
