Today I Unleashed some Devastation on my back and legs. Every exercise incorporated heavyweights as best I could for an hour and 45 minutes. I was totally spent at the end. I need to put some more time into deadlifting some higher reps next time around . Other than that and I am very satisfied with the workout. A great way to start the week!

The Stats: Members in all branches of our gyms statewide,pre virus: 75 thousand. Members post virus: 25 thousand. A lot of people say they are not returning until a cure.
