TOO MANY PEOPLE BELIEVE AGING OR ILLNESS MEANS DECLINE. NO IT’S AN OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME HEALTHIER & STRONGER. When your doctor releases you to full activity, it’s time to ease back into your workout groove. Right? A lot of us has probably been there, done that! UPDATE: Today I pumped out a dumbbell upper body 5-Superset. On the last set, bumped the Reps up to 15 on all 5-exercises!
