Upper Body : DB Floor press 4x12💪 Band Lat pull down 4x12💪 straight arm3x10💪 DB Chest fly 4x12💪 KB horn curls 4x10(last set kneeling)💪 Kneeling cobra push up3x10💪 Tri band push down 3x10💪 Band face pulls 3x10💪 Band low row 4x12💪 DB shoulder press 3x10💪 Switching things up from full body to upper/lower, or push/pull/legs-legs will be light weight til I get things under control in my back/hip.. for now just upper body
