Active recovery day. A brisk walk around a park, yoga, meditation and a thorough SMR massage. Whether it is a regular Sunday, a Sundae funday, or Sunslay for you, I hope however you will spend your day will prepare you well for the week ahead. About to have a bit of peanut butter with my evening shake. That one debate - crunchy or smooth peanut butter? Or do you prefer a different nut butter? I do not have a preference with texture and I enjoy all nut butters... Although, almond butter sits right with peanut butter for me. Take care of yourselves. Stay strong and safe, fit fam ❤️
