The man right chea! Whats good fit fam? Happy Flex Friday. Hope you are all doing well. Jim Stoppani came out with a new workout program “old school bodybuilding program.”I gave the back/bicep routine a try early this morning. That is one time consumming and painful workout, love it. Only able to do 15 min boxing afterwards. I appreciate all of you. Stay safe, blessed, and motivated. Much Love
