OUCHIE! It was cardio day after my shift and started off strong. The plan was to 31:00 and average 6.0 mph, but my stretching at the beginning of the session was not good enough to avoid a hamstring pull at the end of the first mile. I stopped the workout immediately and knew I wouldn't be able to continue. I had this issue in the past and it take a few weeks to get back at it. So gotta keep my head in the game and make substitutions. - Enough of my crying amigos-- Have a great day. heart emoji!!!

I may or may not take rest day today. I normally preferr to workout seven days a week two to three hours a day as it works best for me. However because i have been out of the gym for nineteen months due to personal issues. I might have to drop it to six days aweek for the next two weeks or until my body can catch back up sadly.
