Well todays leg session didn't go well. First det of squats (warm up) I hurt my lower back, left side spinal erectors ... my workout lasted 3 reps. Spent all day lying down, walking is tough, and bending over is just agony. Dont think I will be training for a while ... but will see how it feels tomorrow.
