Good workout last night of Midback, shoulders and arms. Will be off on vacation the next week so will use it as a deload week with lots of walking and some pump workouts at the hotel gyms. Then when i get back planning a good 8 week block of training before starting a shut down at work with some long hours. All about being prepared going into 2022. Keep crushing those goals Fit Fam💪
