REMOVING SUPPLEMENTS: I’m going to be removing the folliwng supplements from my regimen: (1) DAA, (2) DIM, (3) Tribulus, (4) Fenugreek, (5) Korean panax ginseng, (6) Maca, (7) DHEA, (8) Tumeric circumin, (9) Selenium…….The first 7 I’m dropping because I’m going to cycle off most of the hormone-affecting supplements for about a month to allow my body to reset and not get too complacent. They have all lost a noticable amount of effectiveness, except for DIM, which I don’t particularly need right now as I’m in the lower part of the normal range for Estradiol. The Tumeric is being taken out for a second time, this time because it may be interfering with joint recovery. It seems to fight inflammation except for the joints, which it feels like there is a small correlation between using tumeric and bad joint days. Im going to take it out for at least a month. I’m dropping my Selenium supplement because I get enough from eggs and tuna. Supplementing with it seems to have more potential downsides than upsides, given how much I get from my diet.

Quick abs and another nice short 1mi walk with a fur baby 😊 been taking advantage of the mild warmer temps and really enjoying these walks these past several days but the rest of the week it's supposed to be cloudy and cold so it'll likely be the last one for a while 😒
