Sunday, 11AM - 3 PM, Farmer’s Walk, 1.1 mike, 75 lb bars. Along the way, 5 extended conversations with neighbors. I am the neighborhood ecentric, one old 72 year old man either carrying bars or pushing a sled, half naked, LOL. Bur people do not avoid me. After bar rebooting - always necessary after any business trip - 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, in order, rack squats, superset leg press with kettlebell sumo squats, superset trap bar deadlifts with inverse leg presses, sissy squats on sissy squat bench, lying leg curls, closer hanging knee raises.

Had a great workout- did many reps again at lower weights than I usually do. I think they are actually beginning to change my body for the better compared to crossfit workouts- so that makes me happy! How was your workout?
