Had a “track-work” evening planned but literally when walking out door the thunder and lightening started..and looks like will be around all through next week..soooo called an audible and worked out…was not feeling it..actually didnt get in my last two of three super-sets …yes i whimped out…even wrote it on my workout page for future reference.🙄…hope yall made it count and pushed harder than i did..
