Day#82/Session#79 Legs/Abs Meal #1 Prework out. Today was a great session can really feel the Strength starting to build I’ve been struggling with the hacksquat for a few weeks but today I owned it and it felt amazing to be able to get all my sets in deep with good weight everything else felt great today too. Super foucsed on mind muscle connection and negitives slow and controlled. Finally I can see some progress happening.  Hope you all have a great day and smash them goalz. 🦍

2nd attempted post.. new workout program swole and strong started today! So excited snd motivated! Its 6 weeks long and i got roughly 5 pounds to gain, then its cut time! Got more goals ahead of me and cant wait to accomplish them with you guys! Stay strong 💪
