I’m back in the gym 😃 but still with restrictions. Light weight, no free weights, and no squats 😱 Monday I go back for another work over and hopefully I’ll be good to go 😃 HAPPY FRIDAY YA’ll 😉 gotta throw that country in there every now and then 😉
