Vids on IG... Box squats with chains up to 420 lbs...all reps dead stop to parallel. Light, higher rep box squats up to 300 lbs...alternated narrow, medium and wide stance sets. Finished with some quad extensions and ham curls...

Solid back and bicep workout this evening and I’m feeling good! Tomorrow is a chemo day and it’s anyone’s guess if I’ll feel like hitting the weights tomorrow evening. Glad I got it in today.

40 min 🚲 Then the kid joined me. She wanted to do abs .. my least favorite!! Followed up with “butt” work 😅: Supermans (20) reverse crunches (30),long arm crunches (28),Russian twist (44),butt bridges (25),1 min plank, heel touch(30),cobras (30),plank(35 sec)- 20 squats 18 mountain climbers, 12 scissors, 40 butt bridges,40 reverse lunges,26 side hops.
