This app basically has a mind of its own changing my body fat % to closing out active workout planning… But anyways. Saturday was a bad day. I screwed up my macros and felt so guilty about it. Im less than 15 weeks out from my NPC debut and i screwed up. I cried alot and was super moody. It just wasnt a good day at all!! Which happens during prep… But i woke up sunday with a clear mindset. And was leaner! My obliques were popping! Maybe my body needed those extra carbs!
