PUT YOUR HEAD DOWN, MAKE CHANGES, DO THE WORK & LIVE FOR THE BETTER. 41/300. Thursday was Upper Body day. I switched out the DB weight on Incline Bench Presses and Tricep Extentions. This resulted in an overall Max Volume of 8.11%! Woot! 🎵🎉👊🏼
