Morning peeps the weekend is here... My legs ache lol. But continue i will....long walk then weights and maybe a cheeky step class...im enjoying those. Weather is great again. And i get my new Fitbit today my old one died!! Lol Minx 😈🇬🇧🐾

We all have a picture of how we see ourselves as a person in our head. If you continually put yourself down internally you are doing yourself a disservice. You have to believe you are worth achieving your goals to reach them and the fact you have those goals and dreams in the first place shows you have the self worth to achieve them. Don't put yourself down, go out there and work for your goals, and give yourself reason to be proud, because you deserve it! #StayStrong

Well, there you have it. Tuesday, the gym re-opens. We gave to reserve 1-hour slots via the mobile app and somehow stay distanced. Should be an adventure!
