Back and abs were good for me today. 😊 I’m really enjoying hanging knee raises in front of the mirror. Makes me feel a bit like a bad a**! Those that know me are aware that this isn’t my first serious foray into fitness and building. I’ve backed off and shifted priorities but I’ve always known that it’s a part of who I am and it’s where I’m meant to be. The secret is to never give up. You may get lucky and have everything go how you want it to the first time. For some, the third time’s the charm. For others it’s longer. Don’t give up on your passion even if it’s difficult. Work for it. Wait for it. Hope and believe for it.
