Life has been crazy as of late. Lost my grandpa at the end of January. Miss him all day everday. Decided to channel that pain into the gym before and after work everyday. Now Covid-19 has hit us and the gym is closed. Blessed to be apart of an “essential” business tho so i continue to work. Love you all. Stay up. Stay blessed ❤️
