No pool today nor gym... Busy work day I did a series of crunches, leg lifts and hip thrusters ... Plus 100 Squats with a Hex Bar (it weighs 50lbs/22kg) I'm on day 4. All for the quest of summer quads! ➡️I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Now GET YOUR COVID SHOT💉(I did!) ... GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ Still WEAR YOUR MASK! (Even after getting the shot) 😷😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID.... CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... Finished the day off with half decent numbers, no gym tomorrow got an appointment at the new house ahead of the move, I have a full day off from work Saturday so a big session planned to make up for it.
