Metaburn90 day 71, strength workout3. Circuit 1, 3sets 15 sec between exercises and sets, 30 sec each exercise, alternating plank row with pushup, db squat, bent over row to rear delt raise. Circuit 2 3sets 15 sec betwen ex and sets, 30 sec each ex, Db hammer curl to overhead press, db single leg deadlift left, db single leg deadlift right. Circuit 3 3 sets 15 secs between ex and sets, 30 sec each ex, Db wide squat to rack, db russian twist, v up. To finnish Superset all the above 1set each 30sec each no rest between.

Today’s workout.. bike - 11 min warm-up / Walking Lunges - 126 reps (3 mins 54 seconds) (warmup) / Squats (regular stance w/ 2.5 lb plates under my heels) - bar x 10 / 95 x 10 / 135 x 5 / 185 x 3 / 225 x 3 / 275 x 3 / 315 x 1 / 365 x 1 / GHD - 15 reps / 15 reps / 15 reps supersetted with walking lunges - 50 reps (1 min 28 seconds) / 50 reps (1 min 26 seconds) 50 reps (1 min 24 seconds) / standing military press - bar x 15 / 95 x 8 / 115 x 6 / 135 x 4 / 155 x 2 / 165 x 1 / DB Shrugs / Rear DB lateral raises / DB lateral raises (tri-set) - 50 x 15 - 10 x 20 - 10 x 20 / 50 x 15 - 10 x 20 - 10 x 20 / 50 x 15 - 10 x 20 - 10 x 20. Not a bad workout after yesterday’s hike
