Lol. I did chest, shoulders, and tris wearing jeans today, but none the less, goid fitting gym clothes give you swagger.

Not the most weight I’ve moved but nice slow and controlled reps today...for those gains! Eating ~3400 calories depending on the day and gaining nice and slow. Excited for the end of October to finish up this program, take a small break and then onto one more bulk program, just before spring cut. Definitely have some fluff but not to bad considering i’m up 15lbs.
